Co-op Insurance NZ sells to Provident Insurance

Carminder, Loanminder and Funeral Plan insurance policies previously with Co-op Insurance NZ, have been sold and transferred to Provident Insurance. Carminder and Loanminder are now underwritten by Provident Insurance. Funeral Plan is now underwritten by Pinnacle Life and administered by Provident Insurance.
