From 1 September 2024, upgraded cards will replace all existing Unity EFTPOS and Debit Mastercards®.
What you need to know:
- Remember to activate your new Unity Debit card today by making an EFTPOS transaction with your card inserted and PIN entered. Alternatively enter your PIN at an ATM to view your balance.
- If your PIN isn’t working, simply change your PIN via our new Mobile Banking app, by logging into Internet Banking, or calling us on 0800 229 943. Your new card now conveniently has your Access Number printed on the back.
- Reminder: Your old EFTPOS and Debit card (black on both sides) is no longer working.
