Terms and conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Unity Credit Union trading as Unity.
2. The competition is open to current Unity members who are 18 years or older.
3. Unity staff, directors, and immediate family are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. To enter, complete and submit the online entry form at unitymoney.co.nz and share your response to the question: "What do you value most about being a member of Unity?"
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. Entries open on [date] and close at 4pm on Friday, 20 October. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
7. There are five prizes of $200 Prezzy Virtual Card (Visa) to be won.
8. Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
9. The $200 Prezzy Virtual Card (Visa) is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The referrer must note the expiry date on the Prezzy Card and use it within the timeframe allocated.

11. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within [7] days, Unity reserves the right to select another winner.
12. By submitting an entry, you give Unity permission to use and share your submitted story on Unity's website and social media channels in connection with International Credit Union Day.
13. Unity may edit submissions for length, spelling or clarity while retaining the original meaning.
14. Unity will not publish your contact details or other personal information that is not intended for publication.
15. Personal information collected through the competition will be handled in accordance with Unity's Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
16. Information provided through the entry form will be used to administer the competition and, where permission has been provided, to share the submitted story.
17. Unity reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
18. Unity reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
