Description: The Lending Stream Support and Administration role provides administrative and operational support to the Lending Solutions and wider Lending Stream team for all things lending! The position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient input of lending applications, ongoing loan administration including inbox management, early day arrears management and loan retention support.

Description: To provide personalised, responsible, and solutions-focused lending outcomes for existing Unity members and new members, personal loan brokers and mortgage advisers. This role ensures existing members, new members and referral partners are supported through the personal lending journey, from enquiry to approval and beyond, while delivering outstanding service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and aligning with Unity's values.
