Description: The Senior Member Services Officer plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members, both with their everyday banking needs and lending opportunities.

In this role, you will also develop your leadership skills as you support the Hawkes Bay Multi Branch Manager and provide coaching and mentoring to team members, where required.
