Upgraded cards and improved features for Internet and Mobile Banking

We are excited to announce that on Sunday 1 September 2024 we will be launching upgraded cards, and improved features for Internet Banking and our new Mobile Banking app. At Unity, our goal is to ensure that you have access to up-to-date tools to make managing your finances easier and more convenient.
To ensure you're ready for these changes and any actions you need to take, updates will be provided here and on our Facebook page.
Key dates and actions you need to take
Cards:
- During August: All Unity cardholders will be sent a new upgraded Debit Mastercard®, this card will replace all existing Unity cards (EFTPOS and Debit Mastercard®) from Sunday 1 September. Your new card is preloaded with your existing PIN (as of 10 July). To change your PIN, download the new Unity Mobile Banking app.
- 31 August 11:59 p.m.: Continue using your current cards until this time, after which all your current cards will no longer work.
- 1 September: From 1:00 a.m. activate and use your card by using it in an ATM or EFTPOS transaction with your PIN.
Mobile and Internet Banking:

Download our new Mobile Banking app now at any app store, or here. Take a sneak peek and login to the new Mobile Banking app today, to ensure you're all set to go. Simply, login using your Access Number (now conveniently printed on the back of your new Debit card) and reset your password and card PIN if needed.

31 August 10:00 p.m.: Current Mobile Banking app (with orange and black logo) will stop working.

31 August 10:00 p.m.: Internet Banking will have a planned outage between 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

From 10:00 a.m. 1 September: Upgraded Internet Banking platform available and new Mobile Banking app (with black and white logo) will have full functionality.
Here's a sneak peek of what you can expect:

No monthly Debit card fee! (That's right, from 1 September we're saying goodbye to the monthly Debit card $1.50 fee).
- Enhanced card controls through Internet and Mobile Banking, including;
- The ability to turn on/off contactless payments and online shopping
- Temporary card blocking
- Cancel a lost or stolen card
- View your card details

You’ll be able to access your statements from 1 October, and Term Deposit documents from 1 September conveniently through our upgraded Internet Banking platform, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your finances.

Access your card through your smartphone digital wallet, for effortless payments on-the-go.
