We're doing money, together

The change from Credit Union Baywide to Unity is here! More than just a new name, we also have a whole new look and a lot of improvements to make managing your money easier. Have a look around our website to see what Unity is all about. You can still do your everyday banking as normal. All of your cards, member numbers and access numbers – plus all of our ATMs – will continue to work the same. So you can just sit back and relax, knowing you’re part of a member-owned credit union designed to put you, our member, first.


What we've improved:

Updated call centre

We now have one, larger, call centre so there’s always someone ready to chat when you need us. Call us today on 0800 229 943, and we’ll be more than happy to answer any questions or help you with the change to Unity.

New internet banking

Our internet banking is now even easier to use. Woo hoo! Making payments is simpler, with more features and functionality across the board. Plus, you can use it on your mobile browser too. Head to www.unitymoneydigital.co.nz to login. We also have handy how-to guides for our new internet banking and mobile banking app if you need some help.

Updated mobile banking app

Our mobile banking app has a fresh new look – and it now lets you manage automatic payments and payees, too. If you already use the NZCU Baywide mobile banking app, all you need to do is update it, and it’ll automatically become the Unity app. The NZCU South, NZCU Central and ACU mobile banking apps will keep working for now, but if you download the new Unity app it will have more functions.
