Reducing our carbon footprint and saving you money

From 1 April 2019 all customers will begin receiving their statements via email, unless you opt-out and choose paper statements instead. In addition to being environmentally friendlier, email statements are also free for all customers.

Fees
From 1 April 2019 the fee will be $1.50 each month for all paper statements, including those only sent every six months (which are currently free).

Simply call us on 0800 229 943 or pop into your local branch to start receiving email statements now. If you wish to continue with paper statements after 1 April 2019 please contact us to ‘opt-out’ of email statements.
