Exciting enhancements: New Debit Mastercards®, upgraded Internet Banking, and a new Mobile Banking app.

We’re excited to announce the successful launch of Unity’s upgraded banking platform. All Unity members can now enjoy an upgraded banking experience, including upgraded Debit Mastercards® and enhanced Internet and Mobile Banking. The upgrades are designed to make managing money easier and more convenient for members than ever before.
Upgraded Debit Mastercard® now with enhanced features and no monthly card management fee.
Upgraded Debit Mastercards® are now available, featuring advanced functionalities designed to improve member banking experience. Highlights include:
- Enhanced card controls to manage Debit cards like never before.
- Google Pay to enjoy convenient, contactless, cardless payments on-the-go.
- No monthly Debit card management fee.
- Dynamic CVV for added online transaction security.
Remember to activate your new Unity Debit card today by making an EFTPOS transaction with your card inserted and PIN entered. Alternatively enter your PIN at an ATM to view your balance.
If your PIN isn’t working, simply change your PIN in our new Mobile Banking app, logging into Internet Banking, or calling us on 0800 229 943. Your new card now conveniently has your Access Number printed on the back.
New Mobile Banking app: now with enhanced card control and added features
Members can now:
- Turn on/off online and contactless payments: Manage card usage preferences to fit personal needs.
- Manage Debit card settings – including changing your PIN
- Temporarily block cards: Instantly block a card if misplaced or stolen.
- Cancel a lost or stolen card: Quickly block or cancel a card to prevent unauthorised use.
- View card details: Access and view card information.
The new Mobile Banking app can be downloaded from any app store:
Upgraded Internet Banking platform: now with added features and account personalisation.
The Internet Banking platform has been enhanced to provide even more functionality. Members can now:
- Manage Debit card settings – including changing your PIN
- Generate transaction history or download statements anytime.
- Access term deposit and loan documents.
- Access lending statements and interest rate changes.
- Personalise account names (e.g., “holiday” or “bills”) to better track and manage finances.
- Reset passwords easily and securely.
