If you are over 65 years of age, under 18 years of age, registered as a full-time student or you have a home loan with us then you will benefit from some fee exemptions as detailed below.

Electronic transactions include Debit Mastercard, automatic payments and direct debits. Fees detailed further down the page will still apply. Withdrawal fees for Christmas saver and Loyalty saver will still apply. Staff assisted transactions include withdrawals and transfers handled by our staff in branch, by phone or by email. The account management fee for Everyday unlimited will still apply.

Everyday account: electronic transaction fees (excluding international Debit Mastercard transactions) and account management fees are charged at the end of the month.

Bill Pay account: electronic transaction fees are charged on the day.

All other fees are charged on the day of the transaction.

• All internal transfers between Unity accounts using mobile banking and internet banking are free.
• Set up and amend recurring transactions/payments using internet banking or mobile banking.
• If you need some cash, ask to withdraw some money when making a payment with your Debit Mastercard (note: you will need to insert and enter your PIN to avoid any merchant fees for contactless payment)
• Use a Unity ATM for balance enquiries and cash withdrawals where possible
