About the role
At Unity, we believe our products and everyday banking should be simple, accessible, and tailored to our members’ needs. We're on the lookout for an Everyday Banking Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and performance of our everyday banking products including transaction accounts, cards, payments, and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
Growing our member numbers and improving member experience and product performance.
Ownership of clear and engaging member communications, improved member confidence and satisfaction.
Driving the adoption and increase of digital usage and self-service options that reduce member effort.
Lead product improvements that support Unity’s purpose and goals with a simplification and refresh focus, using member insights to develop evolved products.
Providing accurate reporting and insights on member activity.
Drive portfolio profitability through pricing and policy changes as through the relevant committees.
Manage system updates, compliance, and third-party connections/critical external business partners and vendors.
Working closely with teams to deliver on strategy and shared goals.
About you
Proven experience in retail banking product management or similar financial services role.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into execution.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and working across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
