Upgrades are coming to your mobile banking experience

We’re excited to advise of some improvements coming to our mobile banking app.
To bring these changes to life, we will be performing a system upgrade on Sunday, 23 March 2025, from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
During this time, our internet banking and mobile banking services will be temporarily unavailable. Your cards will continue to work during this time.
When is the outage?
- Sunday 25 March 2025
- 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Impact to:
Internet and mobile banking.
No impact to:
Cards or payment processing.
What are the benefits?
This upgrade is an important step to enhance your banking experience with us, including:
- The ability to reorder your mobile banking accounts: Enjoy greater control by customising the order in which your accounts are displayed.
- Accuracy with your Term Deposit. It will now show a $0 available balance as spending money cannot be transferred from a Term Deposit. The balance will remain the amount you invested.
What do you need to do?
There is nothing you need to do. Cards will continue to work during the outage time and payments will process as normal.
