We are excited to announce that our new Mobile Banking app is now available!

Download and login now for a sneak peek, or to change the PIN on your new Debit card or turn off/on contactless and online payments.  

From 1 September, you can take control of your banking experience and manage your Unity Debit card like never before; temporarily block your card, cancel a lost or stolen card, and view your card details anytime, anywhere. 

Take action today: 

Download the new Unity Mobile Banking app (with the black and white logo) from the App Store or Google Play using buttons below:

Login using your 8-digit Access Number and Password (as of 10 July). Your Access Number is now printed on the reverse of your new Debit card for easy reference 

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself using the Forgot Password button on the login page. If you are still having issues logging in, please call us.  

You can then set up a PIN, Face ID, or Touch ID for easy access next time.

Here are some of the great new features you can expect from 1 September: 

  • Forgotten password reset   

  • Access your card through your smartphone digital wallet, for effortless payments on-the-go   

  • Enhanced card control, including:  

  • Temporary card blocking  

  • Cancel a lost or stolen card  

  • View your card details   

  • Turn on/off contactless payments and online shopping 

Key dates to remember: 

To help you be ready for 1 September (when our new Mobile Banking app will have full functionality) you can download and login now with limited functionality.  

Here’s what you can expect when you explore the new Mobile Banking app today: 

  • Reset a forgotten password 

  • Change your PIN on your new Debit card 

  • Turn off or on contactless and online payments 

Keep using your current Mobile Banking app (the orange and black one) until 10 p.m. Saturday, 31 August to manage your money. Your account balances won’t be visible in the new Mobile Banking app until 1 September, but the great card management tools above are ready for use. 

Take action today: 

  • Saturday 31 August, 10:00 p.m.: Your current Mobile Banking app (with the black and orange icon) will stop working.  

  • Sunday 1 September, from around 10:00 a.m.: Our new Mobile Banking app will have full functionality.

The Unity mobile banking app is free to use, but your usual mobile data costs and standard internet banking transaction and service charges will apply. Downloading and use of the Mobile Banking app is also subject to ourDigital Banking Terms and Conditions.

Our Mobile Banking app uses high-quality industry security encryption to help keep your personal details safe. For added security, Mobile Banking app locks the user out after too many failed login attempts. The app will time-out if left running for three minutes with no activity.
