Notice of Annual General Meeting

Members are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Unity Credit Union

Wednesday 23 October 2024 - commencing 7pm.

All members are invited to attend Unity's AGM via Zoom video conference and in person at the Napier War Memorial Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Napier.

Business of the meeting will include:

  • Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM 
  • Report from the Board and Chief Executive
  • Presentation of Financial Statements 
  • Appointment of Auditors

Special Resolution Outcome:

  • Trust Deed Amendment – Amendment to Financial Ratio for External Secured Liabilities
  • Trust Deed Amendment – Additional Financial Ratio for ATM Bailment Investment

Ordinary Resolution Outcomes:

  • Rules amendment – reduction of number of Associate Directors the Board may appoint 

  • Rules amendment – notice of meeting via alternative channel to post 
  • Other Rules Amendments
  • Election of Directors

The above resolutions will be voted on before the AGM via electronic voting using Electionz.com Limited. No voting on the above resolutions will be conducted during the meeting.
